We've made it about as easy as it can possibly be. Seriously. Once you've signed up you simply mail, email, fax, or upload (via your web site's configuration page) a copy of your current menu. We will then enter in all your menu items (as they are on your menu), locations, hours and any other information that is provided. This will all be online within 24 hours of our receiving it. After this you can make any changes or additions you want. It couldn't be any easier!

Make Changes Quickly And Easily

From your website's configuration page you can quickly and easily change anything on your website. You can change prices, add, edit, or remove items from your menu, update your hours, add photos, manage your mailing list and more. We have spent countless hours developing the interface so you are able to make the changes you need as quickly and easily as possible.

Choose Your Theme

We have developed over 30 themes to choose from (with more on the way). We have themes for all types of restaurants - American, Pizza, Chinese, Greek, Italian, Thai, Indian, Japanese, and more. We also have themes that have no specific restaurant type in mind. You are free to choose any theme you like, and change it at anytime. There are explanations of how to use and set up each section of your web site available from the configuration page, as well as more detailed tutorials and information available within your website's configuration area.

Your Menu

Your menu is very important to your customers. This is why we have built your menu to be VERY easy to read and search. We have also made it very easy for customers to place an order directly from your menu page. You can have multiple menus (Lunch/Dinner/Late Night/Etc), as well as indicate options such as HOT/Low Calorie/Special/Gluten Free/Etc. You are able to add your own options and customers can search using them.

Email Mailing List

With an email mailing list you'll be able to send messages to customers who are already interested in your restaurant. You can offer them special coupons and inform them of special events happening at your restaurant to get them to come back again and again. We manage your mailing list for you and help you put together mailings using templates and guidelines which are proven to help reach your customers more effectively (and increase sales).

Website Address

With our Intermediate, Advanced, and Max plans you will have your own website address. So, if you're restaurant's name is Example Restaurant your website address would be ExampleRestaurant.com. Having your own web site address will help customers to remember how to get to your site, appear more professional, and help your rankings on Google and other search engines. With our Advanced and Max plans you can have multiple web site addresses if you have more than 1 location.

Coupons

Offering coupons increases sales by giving the customer a deal. They also increase the likelihood that a customer will choose your restaurant over a competitor who does not offer a similar deal. Coupons also allow you to track where your sales are coming from. You can use a different code (or different offers) in order to track whether customers are finding you from your web site, email list, direct mail, news paper ads, radio/television, etc. They are one of the most useful tools available to managing you marketing.

Locations

Each of your restaurant locations will have a page on your site listing it's telephone number, fax (if available), address, hours of operation and a map. On this page we will tell customers whether you are currently open, allow them to get directions to your restaurant, and link them to your menu so they can place their order online.

Stats

Using our stats you can track customers response to your web site, menu, and mailings to your email mailing list. You will be able to see which parts of your web site customers spent the most time on, and which parts they didn't spend as much time on, and which emails were viewed and taken action on the most. You will be able to see which coupons are the most popular, and how popular menu items are. All of this will help you to increase sales.

Online Ordering

With our Advanced and Max plans your customers will be able to place their order right on your web site. We have worked very hard to remove as many steps as possible to make it quick and easy for your customers to place an order. Other solutions available force your customer to register for an account before ordering - this is a sure-fire way to lose customers. Once we receive the customers order we can fax or email the order to you to process normally. This helps reduce the amount of time on the phone and helps get orders out the door faster.

Advertising

With Restaurant Automator you get it all. Not only do you get a great web site with all the features you'd need - we also manage an advertising campaign for you.
